At functional fitness we help our clients to function better, to find greater ease in the way they move and carry out their everyday activities.  Our love of movement and health means we are always looking at interesting ways to improve our awareness of our movement, from sitting to walking, at work and at leisure.  Through our classes and products, clients learn to move more freely, with greater ease and flexibility.  We help our clients improve posture, balance and coordination and become functionally fitter.

We run inspirational and fun classes to improve movement and fitness and we have a range of products that we use ourselves everyday to enable a greater sense of comfort and well-being. 

Wearing MBT shoes bring the wearer into a more upright, yet relaxed posture,  improving movement and reducing pain and discomfort.  Click on our MBT section for full details.

Wearing Toetoe socks helps the function of the foot, improves balance and body mechanics, and can help prevent foot problems such as bunions and corns.

Using fitballs and sitfits instead of conventional chairs encourages movement in sitting,  improving the position in which we work on a daily basis.
